Delete Account

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the Mogu app. Only the main parent (the parent who created the family) can delete the full account.

1. Open the Mogu app and sign in as the main parent.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account & privacy.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm. Deletion cannot be undone.

When you confirm, Mogu permanently deletes your family account and related data. You will be signed out automatically.

Account deletion permanently removes:

• The main parent account and Firebase Authentication credentials
• All family members (parents and children) in that family
• Tasks, rewards, redemptions, and progress history
• Virtual pets and related gameplay data
• Profile photos and task-proof photos uploaded for that family
• The family record and invite code

• Main parent: can delete the entire family account from Settings as described above.
• Second parent or child: cannot delete the full family account. Ask the main parent to delete the account, or contact us for help removing an individual profile.
• Parents can also remove a child profile from family management without deleting the whole account.

In-app deletion is processed immediately when you confirm. Any remaining backups or operational copies are cleared within 30 days.

Include the email tied to your account and a clear request to delete it. We will permanently delete the family record, all child profiles, tasks, rewards, pets, and uploaded photos within 30 days. You can also reach us via our Q&A / Support page.
